Does Traction Hero work 100% remote or do you provide onsite work?We do the majority of our work remotely but can arrange onsite visits. Whether just for important meetings or at a regular frequency, we’ll work out the remote/onsite split best for our specific arrangement.

Do you work with non-tech companies?Yes, we do! Our customizable capabilities can supercharge traditional business models and entities just the same. We also advise agencies on their proposals, offerings, and audience targeting.

Who do you work with in an organization?It varies according to company size but, most often, we collaborate with founders, CEOs, COOs/VPs of Operations, CMOs/VPs of Marketing, and Marketing Directors.

How do we help with hiring?We work closely with you to identify the exact requirements of the role and its level within your organization. We then develop the job description and hiring guide, and collaborate with HR to conduct initial screening interviews. From there, we conduct first round interviews and simultaneously refine the selection process as we go with HR and your team. Finally, we assist in creating an onboarding process and guide for your new hire.

Do you embed into our team?For fractional CMO and interim roles needing 5+ hours per week, our typical team embedding will include joining your email, Slack, and document management systems.
